What do I recommend?
Answering this question is not easy, especially since so many of you will be reading this article and each of you has different tastes and personal needs.
In general, however, I definitely recommend taking advantage of the discount if only out of curiosity!
If you haven’t yet had a chance to try a Medium-Light Roast coffee, full of aromatic nuances you didn’t even think could exist inside a cup of coffee, do it now.
In Italy, we are too often accustomed to coffees that are primarily bitter or at best have notes of chocolate and nuts (the most common flavor notes among medium and sometimes very low level Brazilian coffees).
Coffee actually does not have to be limited to this…
Coffee can be bitter, yes, but also sweet, sour, mild, intense, creamy, citrusy, fruity, chocolaty, flowery, vanilla, and even to nuances of spice and tobacco and many more.
In short, every coffee, if well selected from the raw and carefully processed and transformed, can provide beautiful taste experiences that leave us speechless time after time.
Sometimes we are deeply convinced that we just like that very strong and bitter taste. I know because I was also absolutely certain.
If I had been asked in the past if I desired a low-bitter coffee, I would have said, “No, I like it very bitter!”
This is because we are basically used to this taste and it is also the only one we can find in cafes or supermarkets.
But then when we taste something different for the first time, we realize what a coffee can really be, and going back to the bitter, burnt coffee is almost impossible!
I repeat that I write this not only from hearsay, but really from personal history!
So yes, the first piece of advice is just to be a little curious and be drawn by that to try Medium Roast coffee.
