After 10 years of business, Caffè Ernani is changing its face.

It’s not just a rebranding.

Over the years, we’ve built a roasting company based on quality, selection, and roasting.
We’ve discussed origin, processing, and aromatic profiles.

But today we want to offer you something more important.

We don’t just want to explain coffee to you.

This change is not aesthetic.
It is designed to make you experience coffee in a more intense, clearer, more engaging way.

We’re rethinking every detail to help you make better choices and to let you taste the coffee right from the first glance.
Because choosing a coffee should be simple, not complicated.

Our color remains, but it evolves.
The yellow will be even more yellow, more decisive, more vibrant.

A distinctive sign that has always accompanied us and will continue to do so.

But the forms, the language, and the way we present ourselves are changing.
To be more consistent with who we are today: passion, transparency, and outreach.

The rebranding also brings with it a major evolution: the new packaging will let you taste the coffee even before opening it.

To achieve this, we made a rare choice for a micro-roastery like ours: we brought the printing of our labels in-house at Ernani, no longer outsourcing it to an external printer.

This allows us to continuously update information on each coffee, even day by day, based on the batches, processing methods, and actual characteristics.

Because coffee is a living product and every day has something new to tell you.

We want every customer not only to know what they are drinking, but to recognize it, choose it and really feel it:
