We will send the ordered products by courier within approximately 24 business hours from acceptance of the order. Delivery is usually within 10 or 15 working days.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received during the holidays will be processed the next business day.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. The subscription is automatically renewed from month to month or 2/ three mont, depend on your choose of renewal. Unless you decide to stop, or you will be charged a monthly fee not be successful for any reason. We therefore ask you to update your payment method you choose, if changed it.
The subscription fee will be charged only on your day of renewal. In case the client has opted for a plan that provides for a delivery every two weeks, payments will be made every other Monday when the products will be shipped.
In case of non-renewal or withdrawal, your subscription will be canceled and you'll get the coffee required by your subscription plan only for the month during which you will have exercised your withdrawal right.
The delivery of subscription products is carried out, depending on the subscription plan chosen by the client every every month or once every two weeks.
Delivery is on the same day of renewal.
You can change your subscription plan at any time but the changes will take effect from the month following the one in which we will have received the communication.

If for any reason you are not satisfied of your purchase, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to seek reimbursement.
