The recipe for Chicken with coffee

The ingredients are:
- 500 gr of chicken
- 120 ml of coffee extracted with the mocha
- q.b. of pepper
- q.b. of salt
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 spring onion
If you want to succeed in this recipe at your best, I suggest you start the night before, as the more the chicken is able to marinate in coffee, the more aromas it will absorb and the tastier it will be.
First, then cut the chicken into slices, put it in a bowl and pour over the coffee and pepper in abundance. Mix everything and let it rest overnight.
For this recipe I suggest you use a more fragrant and delicate coffee, so as not to make everything excessively bitter and therefore unpleasant.

Meanwhile, finely chop the carrot, celery and spring onion.
After that, heat a pan, preferably wok, on the fire with a drizzle of oil and fry the chopped just obtained.
Let it dry well, until it becomes translucent.
At this point pour the chicken with all its mixture, season with salt and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, with the lid on.
Now remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes, just long enough to evaporate a part of the liquid and let the sauce thicken well.
