The new Ernani compostable paper pod packages have arrived!
You asked us for smaller packages and also the possibility of choosing more coffees… we listened to you!
Until now you could buy the 150 pod pack of only three blends: Allegro, Vivace and Adagio decaffeinated. This is because we had designed them specifically for low-consumption restaurants and pubs, but certainly with the need for larger packs, compared to home consumption.
We have now launched the line of paper pods dedicated entirely to the home!
A new graphic design, new format and many new flavors and compositions!
Characteristics
As for the products, in the pods you will always find only the same Caffè Ernani that you can also buy loose. Consequently, we are talking about coffees selected from all over the world, from a careful supply chain, and roasted at a medium level, to let you savor the intense natural aromatic nuances of the beans, without ever making it excessively bitter.
We want you to drink our single origin and medium roast blends as they were intended, whether in pods, capsules or other extractions!
Furthermore, to make the aroma even more intense, we insert a higher dose of coffee than the market average. In other words:
- While for coffees with a higher Robusta content, we inserted 7.2g of ground (+- 0.2g)
- For coffees with a more or less balance between Arabica and Robusta, we are around 7.4/7.6g of ground (+- 0.2g)
- While for coffees with a higher Robusta content, we inserted 7.2g of ground (+- 0.2g)
On average, only 6.8/7 g of coffee are inserted into the pods.
In the end, they are made with a compostable food paper.
Once you have finished extracting the coffee, you will only have to take the pod and throw it in the organic waste collection!

In addition to having a new graphic design, certainly more attractive than the previous one, with the new packaging we have given everyone the opportunity to find their perfect coffee!
In fact, there are 8 different combinations available:
- Blue Diamond, 100% Arabica – premium, fresh and intensely aromatic, with reduced caffeine
- Allegro, 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta – round, velvety and aromatic
- Armonia, 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta – creamy, sweet and chocolatey
- Vivace, 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta – creamy, intense and more bitter
- Stretto, 100% Robusta – intense, pleasantly bitter, creamy and full-bodied, with even more caffeine
- Adagio, decaffeinated – Coffee without caffeine, but still intensely aromatic and creamy
- Brasile Bom Chocolate, monorigine arabica – dolce, avvolgente, dalle note di cioccolato e caramello, con ridotta caffeina
- Tasting Mix – pack with all the mixes to taste, 10 pods each of: Blue Diamond, Allegro, Armonia, Vivace and Stretto!
