Ernani was born from the desire of Luca and Claudia to be able to serve a really good and intensely aromatic coffee!

Together with Paolo, the roaster of Ernani Coffee, the whole project came to life.

Everything from the brand to the products expresses a strong attachment to traditions and the city of Milan, courage and visionary spirit.

We share with the yellow feathered hat the same bond with traditions, with the history of a revolutionary Milan and a country of universal beauty, and by symbolically wearing it, we want to export these values everywhere, together with an authentic 100% Italian Ernani coffee.

Thanks to Martina entry and the continuous training of all employees, a real assiduous search began in the selection of quality, defect-free raw coffees, along with continuous innovations in production, to refine techniques and thus succeed in improving the blends.

This work has never stopped and will never stop. Research and training are the basis for improvement!

Therefore, the Ernani Academy could only be born: the fundamental resource to be able to improve the service and the product in every aspect and at every stage of the supply chain, training baristas on a professional level and passing on passion and knowledge to all coffee lovers.

From single-origins to Ernani blends

to prepare for the tasting course, with the aim of understanding the aromatic profile of different single origin and influencing the final blend created. From single origin to blend is the course designed for those who want to understand the composition of a blend and its aromatic profile.


Duration: 4 hours
Price: €40 per person

  • Basic knowledge of green coffee;
  • Basic knowledge of roasting levels;
  • Definition of the espresso;
  • Sensory analysis and compilation of the tasting sheets;
  • Tasting of the final blend and its description.

Espresso tasting

to obtain the tools suitable for carrying out a complete organoleptic analysis of the espresso. Espresso tasting is the course designed for those who want to taste an espresso and be able to fill out a technical sheet as a professional in the sector.

Brewing

General information

All courses are held at the company’s headquarters in Desio, Via Don Luigi Sturzo, 19 (MB) dMonday through Friday.
It is also possible to take the course on Saturday for an additional fee of €10.00 per person.

Courses are not scheduled on a calendar, but are conducted at your request, based on your availability.

The appointment must be requested at least 2 weeks before the eventual desired date.

Participants must be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8.
