Summer is here, and with it comes a craving for freshness, lightness… and a bit of creativity!
So why not make coffee the star of the season with delicious drinks—both alcoholic and alcohol-free—that are bursting with personality?

Summer Coffee by Caffè Ernani is a ready-to-drink specialty cold brew in a can: no sugar, no additives—just pure, smooth flavour. Enjoy it on its own or as the perfect base for a variety of summer sips.

Today we’re sharing five quick and easy recipes to bring summer straight into your glass… with style!

A classic with a caffeinated twist: the Coffee Mojito blends zesty lime and fresh mint with the deep, aromatic notes of our cold brew.

You’ll need:

  • 100 ml Summer Coffee
  • 40 ml white rum
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Tonic water (or soda)
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Muddle the lime, sugar and 4 mint leaves gently in a tall glass.
  2. Add plenty of ice,
  3. pour in the rum,
  4. then the Summer Coffee.
  5. Top up with tonic water,
  6. give it a gentle stir
  7. and garnish with mint and a slice of lime.

An elegant, aromatic and super Instagrammable summer hit! The Coffee Tonic is both refreshing and refined.

You’ll need:

  • 100 ml Summer Coffee
  • 100 ml chilled tonic water
  • Ice
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Orange or lemon zest for garnish
  2. Fill a glass with ice,
  3. Pour in the tonic water, then slowly add the Summer Coffee—tip: use the back of a spoon to help keep the layers separate.
  4. Garnish with a twist of citrus peel.

Fancy a kick? Try it with ginger-infused tonic!

Craving a spritz with character?
The Coffee Spritz is bubbly, gently sweet and finished with a lovely citrus note.

You’ll need:

  • 100 ml Moscato
  • 80 ml Summer Coffee
  • 60 ml Aperol
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the Moscato, then the Aperol, and top it all off with Summer Coffee.
  3. Finish with a slice of orange for that iconic spritz flair.

For those who love indulgent iced drinks without the sugar overload, meet the Choco Coffee Shake. Cool, creamy and full of flavour.

You’ll need:

  • 100 ml Summer Coffee
  • 100 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Chocolate syrup to taste
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, combine milk, Summer Coffee and chocolate syrup
  2. Add ice up to halfway
  3. shake vigorously for 2 minutes
  4. Strain into a large glass filled with fresh ice

  6. Top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup if you’re feeling extra
