Shipping and returns

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage.

While any additional customs fees, which may arise during shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each.

Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately large in size and your items are well protected.

In case of Return

In case of Return, the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping costs, if any, incurred.

Before the expiration of the 14-day period from receipt of the product, you must send us explicit notice to that effect by e-mail to [email protected]. Customer Service will then contact the Customer by communicating the Return Number. You will need to enter your information and return number on the return form you received along with the delivery documents.

The return of the product must take place within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return number.
